Rebecca brings a
joy for teaching to her vinyasa yoga classes. As a lifelong
educator, sharing her yoga practice with the Storm community is a
natural step forward. A former professional ballet
dancer-turned-physical therapist, Rebecca has teaching experience
across many settings, including the dance studio, academia, and now
the yoga studio. Rebecca infuses appreciation for the body’s
capacity for movement throughout her classes. She believes in the
power of the mind-body connection to move past perceived physical
hurdles, and she embraces the unique abilities of every
individual.
