Donna's Brewing Storm class is the perfect blend of challenge and calm. I found myself diving deeper into familiar poses and felt completely at ease with Donna's soft and directive cues. I always enjoy her classes!
Theresa began her Yoga journey in college as a way to manage
stress and improve
flexibility. She immediately fell in love with the physical
practice of Yoga and began to surprise
herself at the postures that she was able to achieve. But after
attending classes for a few
weeks, she also discovered that through the physical practice of
Yoga, she was able to create
peace within her mind. It was then that she decided that Yoga was a
practice she could not
live without.
Theresa was introduced to Nourishing Storm in August of 2021.
Soon after, she
enrolled in the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, and
graduated in March of 2022. This
program helped Theresa realize her passion for teaching, and she
can’t wait to share this with
her students!
As an artist, Theresa loves that Yoga has given her a new
creative outlet where she can
express herself through movement. Yoga is also a source of
inspiration in Theresa’s artwork.
