This was one of the best classes I have been too in a long time. Amy did an absolutely incredible job. She used proper terminology, cues were impeccable, cadence was spot on and the music was terrific. I loved her message and how the whole class tied in to it. The flow was challenging but enabled everyone a chance to truly flow and the breath in the room today was spot on. Great job Amy!! Phenomenal 🙏💕
