Great vibe, amazing instructor, warm and friendly fellow yogi's. NYE Hot Glow Yoga was SO much fun, what a wonderful way to bring in the new year!

This studio is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Bathrooms, shower, and changing rooms are available.  Teachers are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.  All levels of students are welcome.

e84 was totally unexpected and amazing. Frances and the students were inspiring and welcoming to a freshie. The additional poses to the 26&2 are a beautiful challenge. I felt like my spirit was washed clean after the 2.5 hour class and absolutely hungry for the next sessions to come. The studio is large and smells nice. The staff is authentic.

I'm really glad to be able to do this online! Besides being 45 min drive away, I haven't done this for years, and I would have been falling down all over the room.  I have some orthopedic issues and really appreciate the space to be doing it at home, buy getting the "push" of having and instructor gets me thru the full session (painfully)

I cant express the gratitude I feel for HYH. First experience in the Hot room and it was amazing. Felt such a good energy and encouragement.  I was nervous of whether I'd be able to actually finish the class and I did! I felt genuine encouragement and positive energy.  So grateful for all the online classes and support offered during the last months. I cant wait to go back ! Give it a try if you havent so worth it!

I have been coming here for over 3 years now. I travel a lot so am away for several weeks or even months at a time. When I come back to HYH my body and mind go in to muscle memory. I feel lighter and happier just stepping through the door. The yoga is a gift I can't wait to receive. The sense of community and beautiful souls here is like nothing I've ever experienced. Just come already and experience all what is right with the world! You can thank me later!!

What a wonderful place! The teachers are encouraging and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, and the classes are organized and well paced. Hot yoga is an amazing way to challenge your body at your own pace, and nourish your mind and soul, and  I highly recommend Hot Yoga Hilo as a place to do your practice.
