Our mission is to make kids class more FUN and AFFORDABLE for every child.

We’re offering a 7-day all-rounder pass for UNLIMITED Kids Judo, Gymnastics, Jiu-Jitsu and Yoga for just $26 to allow you to try out different types of classes. 

We know that you are going to love practicing with us and after the week is over, your pass will  will automatically convert to our OFYF Membership which includes unlimited access to Kids Judo, Gymnastics, Jiu-Jitsu and Yoga classes and is excellent value at only $32 per week. 
** Terms and Conditions of Introductory Offer

By purchasing the KIDS HUB Introductory Offer, you understand that after 1 week, your pass will automatically be converted to our KIDS HUB Membership which is $32 per week. If you decide you do not want to continue with us, you MUST email before the end of the 7 day Intro Offer.
Our KIDS HUB Membership includes unlimited classes of Kids Judo, Gymnastics, Jiu-Jitsu and Yoga classes and is part of a no lock-in contract. To pause or cancel your KIDS HUB membership: contact One Family Yoga and Fitness via EMAIL at info@onefamilyyogafitness.com.au with 14 days notice. You may still attend classes in this 14 day period.

***If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel online outside the 2 hour cancellation window. If you do not cancel within 2 hours of your class commencing or fail to show up for your class it will result in a $15 “Late Cancellation, No-Show” fee which will be deducted from your credit card/bank account by One Family Yoga and Fitness. This helps us ensure everyone gets a chance to attend their desired classes.

Welcome to One Family Yoga and Fitness! We understand how hard it is to find time for
SELF, to keep fit, healthy and happy in between school drop off,
work, house and after school activities.








Living a healthy, happy lifestyle
is important to us, because we want our children to grow up with
this instilled in them, that this is the way life
is. We have been
offering small group classes, teaching to the individual for over 6
years now in Holland Park.
At One Family we design each
class for EVERYBODY no matter how big or small.
If you think that you can’t do
yoga or fitness classes because you’re not flexible enough, not fit
enough, don’t have time, too old, young, big, small or injured,
THINK AGAIN! We promise you that you will leave our classes
feeling great – body, mind and spirit.
We also offer a range of Yoga
Trainings, whether it is just for your own personal development or
you want a change in career and want to teach yoga we have you
covered.








We offer a wide range of classes from Bootcamp to Mat Pilates,
Reformer Pilates, Judo, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative & Yin
Yoga, Prenatal Yoga classes, Family Yoga, Mums & Bubs, Mums
& Tots, along with Yoga classes for preschool
and school aged children. 
Our Yoga Teacher Trainings are an integral part of the community
and self development and these are offered on both weekday and
weekend to fit in with Family and Work for balance.
We are proud to have created a beautiful community
of family-oriented people who just happen to enjoy yoga
and fitness too.




Thanks to our community, which includes families from Holland
Park, Tarragindi, Carindale, Coorparoo,  Greenslopes, Mt
Gravatt, Wishart, Camp Hill, Carina, Annerley & Mansfield we
continue to grow as a family business.
