Teaching is like writing. As a former journalist, June creates different sequences for each class to tell a story that has a beginning, middle and an end. After class she waits and sees whether her students enjoy her tale, and that becomes her motivation to give a good, solid class. June completed her first Yoga training in 2011 and found her teacher – Annie Carpenter – in 2014. Her classes focus on body alignment and breathing. She loves to engage with her students through hands-on adjustments and precise cueing. June expands her understanding of the human body through Pilates, Barre and Thai Yoga Massage. She is also certified as a Roll Model Method® Practitioner.
