I only started a couple of weeks ago but already my back feels heaps better. I love how Virginia explains everything about the movements we are doing and the aims/ results we should see. Thank you.

Emma

Emma is a meditation and yoga teacher, meditation coach, and an abiding student with a passion for sharing practices that help to bring more ease, spaciousness, and joy to life. Emma has been lucky enough to study under many highly esteemed teachers of yoga and meditation, and offers her teachings as an invitation for everyone to create time and space to catch up with themselves, gather their thoughts and feelings. Emma is dedicated to developing good habits in self-care and self-relationship, and this is reflected in her classes. Expect to leave class with a clarity of mind and heart, refreshed and ready for whatever you are showing up for in your life.

Emma has studied with Julie Smerdon, Noah MazĂ© (Level 2), meditation teacher training with Lorin Roche, Camille Maurine and Alison Potts, restorative yoga teacher training with Lizzie Lasater, Yin Yoga teacher training with Jo Phee, and extensive workshops with Elena Brower.  Unique to Emma is that she has acheived a 200 hour Meditation Certification.
