I only started a couple of weeks ago but already my back feels heaps better. I love how Virginia explains everything about the movements we are doing and the aims/ results we should see. Thank you.
After practicing yoga for many years, Jai Adi stumbled upon Kundalini Yoga by chance attending a yoga retreat. After a 2-day deep emersion, she felt a significant shift within, a profound sense of wholeness and acceptance of herself. Realising days later that this feeling of contentment and fullness was lasting, Jai Adi started researching Kundalini Yoga and started a self-practice. Not long after, she crossed paths with a lead Kundalini teacher trainer and the next thing she was deep diving into her level 1 certification.
Kundalini yoga has awakened the serenity to find acceptance in her roles in life, especially as the mother to her two beautiful boys, but also to being a woman. It has initiated the introduction of rituals, the value of connection and the openness of allowing. She has finally begun to find herself.
Jai Adi’s classes allow you to let go of the ego, trust your intuition and be gently guided towards your higher self. Her gentle & supportive nature will leave you feeling calm, strengthened and focused.
