It was fun but Intense I have sscoliosis a torn ACL and a torn meniscus in my right knee so some of the yoga poses I couldn't do because I have to be very careful with yoga poses I do and also I've never sweat so much in my life like I did at yoga I was sore after and the day after yoga class but I felt good,energized and relaxed after as well I can't wait for the next yoga class again

I recently took the BREATH WORK class with Lisa Cerutti, it was enlightening and inspirational. Lisa walks you through the entire class in a very soothing voice, she was right on with the music she had for the class. I felt better, lighter, and slept better since this class. I will definitely return to another of these classes. THANK YOU LISA!

I attended Lisa's Breath work practice. Lisa led beautifully with grace and guided us comfortably at our own progression and comfort. She explained before we started every step we would be taking, some things we may encounter and feel making me feel very relaxed and safe as a group participant. I was able to release some inside baggage to clear up feelings that lay deep inside. Thank you for having this and I will be back! Lisa is great!

I for the first time joined a yoga practice at Animal Adventure doing Giraffe yoga. Instructor Jennifer was amazing and everyone was so kind to me, especially my yoga partner next to me(she knows who she is). I will definitely do another course and I am proud to say I am now a yogi.

This was my first experience in hot yoga, and I was excited. I had a great time there, and it was truly a good experience. I will definitely come back and continue practicing yoga. Everyone welcomed me and was nice to me. The teacher was also highly experienced. The atmosphere was great, and I enjoyed it. Yoga is truly a challenging but enjoyable sport, both mentally and physically.
