Abagail has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2007 and a certified 200-hour yoga instructor since 2018. She has been teaching at Yoga Body Shop since 2022, bringing both depth of practice and a spirit of exploration to her classes. A lifelong athlete, Abagail was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits and gradually embraced it as a powerful tool for cultivating mind-body awareness. Her classes follow a free-form Vinyasa style, linking breath with movement to build strength and support the ongoing development of each student’s yoga practice. She encourages a mindful, playful approach to physical meditation, offering space for exploration and personal growth. Outside the studio, Abagail enjoys lakeside experiences like wine tasting and boating, spending time with her two dogs, watching horror movies, and painting her nails.
