I had a great Ashtanga  practice today!  My first time at the Key West Yoga Sanctuary while we are staying on Sunset Key.  I look forward to the next two practices with them!

Rooted in the principals of traditional Yoga philosphy, the Key
West Yoga Sanctuary offers daily movement and breath based classes
for all levels.
There is a style of practice for everyone.  Check our
schedule and find Ashtanga, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative
and Yin classes. 
We also go beyond Yoga, with Ayurveda,  Somatic Movement,
Creative Writing, Tai Chi and Mat Pilates.
