Tate provides essential yoga training in his Warm Vinyasa classes. I know when I go to Tate’s class that I am going to receive knowledge and practice that will deepen and extend my life on the mat. We are a community brought together through the practice of yoga. It is our goal to welcome each student from all walks of life to feel safe and welcome, whether you are brand new to yoga, or a well seasoned student.
