I am really enjoying this studio! There is great Spirit, good instruction, and they have bravely navigated covid times and found a way to stay positive and stay open!! So thankful for their service!!
Hailing from the Northeast, Amy Young has practiced yoga since her early 20s, starting a regular practice in 2009. In 2014, she completed Teaching Training (200 hour) and began leading classes. Since 2014, Amy has been teaching Yin Yoga, Power Vinyasa Flow and Hatha classes. In 2020, she completed her 500 Hour Teacher Training. She is currently working toward her IAYT certification and has begun working with private clients. She aims to share the 8 limbs of yoga as a design for living. She works with groups of all abilities and her classes are light-hearted and effective with consistent postures and flow. Amy believes a daily practice of yoga keeps her mind, body and spirit balanced. What she does in the room gives her balance to take life’s challenges head on and is a reminder, no matter what, just breathe.
