Tate provides essential yoga training in his Warm Vinyasa classes. I know when I go to Tate’s class that I am going to receive knowledge and practice that will deepen and extend my life on the mat. Tate is an invaluable teacher that I consider a key feature of the Be One offering. I am so thankful for the incredible quality instruction this studio supports!
Thang, “Tang”, is a transportation engineer that loves being
outdoor and with nature. His hobby includes climbing, backpacking,
hiking, skiing, kayaking, biking, running and photography. Thang
started studying and practicing yoga in 2000 to relieve his
shoulder and neck injuries from multiple car accidents and as a
replacement for his martial art practice. His yoga practice
includes a daily 2 hour sitting meditation practice. The benefits
of yoga has motivated him to share the yoga practice with others.
He began teaching in 2006 privately and at work and got his yoga
alliance certification in 2009. Thang strongly believes the yoga
practice is incomplete without the mindfulness practice, “yoga
without mindfulness is just another physical exercise”. He
incorporates mindfulness practice in his yoga classes and trains
new teachers how to incorporate mindfulness in their teaching.
Thang also teaches meditation workshops at various yoga studios to
raise money for his favorite non-profit organizations. Thang
teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin yoga, Yogasport, and Myofascial yoga
ball; he is also involved with yoga teacher training at various
studios.
