Vanessa is passionate about the art of yoga. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years, and has been a teacher since 2020. Her mentors primarily include teachers from the Iyengar lineage. She loves studying individual postures and breathing techniques in great depth and learning how to adapt them to support students' unique needs.She loves how yoga practice cleanses the body and the mind simultaneously! She teaches healthful alignment of each posture, with emphasis on breathing techniques and precise movements. Her classes build flexibility through stability, and aim to balance exertion with relaxation to soothe nerves. She hopes you will feel rejuvenated after each class - with more flexibility, muscular coordination, and clarity of mind.
