Be One Yoga Studio
Yoga speaks to Nicki’s curious spirit, providing her both peace and challenge. As a lifelong athlete and competitor, movement in all its forms has been a constant in Nicki’s life. It wasn’t until Nicki discovered yoga in 2018, that she reconnected with movement for the simple joy it brings to her life. Nicki completed her 200 YTT with Awakening Yoga Academy in 2020. Nicki began consistently practicing Hot Sculpt and Hot Barre in 2018 as well. She instantly fell in love with the power of movement, amazing music, and the excellent workout. Using her lifelong experience with athletics and desire to learn more, Nicki began creating high intensity, mobility focused fitness classes to help students build strength and endurance. Modifications are offered and students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks as needed. Moving away from seasonal sports as a youth and into lifelong fitness as an adult, Nicki’s focus has shifted to building functional movement patterns, flexibility and strength.
