Aerial Yoga Teacher
Be One Yoga Studio
Sarah has been practicing Aerial yoga for over 9 years and began her journey looking for some relief from POTS, which used to be a more rare autoimmune condition. Aerial inversions offered so much stress relief on the spine and circulation recalibration that assisted in releasing the persistent vertigo and lower leg stagnant circulation and gave her the energy to keep up with Barre classes and a hectic lifestyle. This lead Sarah into instruction to learn more postures and ways to heal and be able to help others in their wellness journey. Aerial Yoga has so many healing benefits and is accessible to students no matter what level from beginners or advanced. Sarah always enjoyed the playfulness of aerial that allows you to build strength at the same time. Aerial also offers the extra support to give you a much deeper stretch and tension relief which new students really enjoy. Sarah is a continuous student in many areas of life and is always adding new certifications to bring into her own practice and share in her classes most recently working in Aerial Pilates and Yin postures to build on the foundations. When not in the studio Sarah loves to travel, is a local business owner, dog mom, amateur gardener and home chef.
