Nicole is a 500-hour RYT who has been in a relationship with yoga for 20+ years. While teaching in Newark for 8 years, Nicole shared her love of yoga with her co-workers and students. After leaving her career in the inner city school system to have twins of her own; Nicole merged her passion for teaching with her love of yoga, and became a certified yoga teacher! Nicole is a Hatha trained instructor with a specialty in Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa. Nicole has a love of learning. She has went on to obtain her certification in kids yoga, her 300hr advanced certificaiton and enjoys taking any workshop she can. Nicole brings a friendly smile, creativity, passion, dedication and tons of fun to all her classes. Her classes focus on commitment to breath, meeting the student where they are on their personal yoga journey, and bringing each student to his or her “edge”. Nicole is known in the studio for her abundance of never-ending energy, funky playlists, challenging flows, and her relaxing voice. Nicole welcomes all students in with open arms and an open heart; finding immense joy in supporting others as they explore their mind, body and soul on their mat.
