At Hummingbird Yoga NJ classes begin with warm-up movements, focusing on brath awareness to prepare you for slow posture flows. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous, but the heart of each class is a sequence of poses that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body, ending in meditation and relaxation. The focus is healing your mind, body and soul. For the mind: clam restless thoughts, cultivate concentration, and support mental clarity and concentration.
