I have been coming for here 10 years. I love the studio and all the instructors. It’s very clean, and well ran. There is a great variety of classes and instructors. I just hate that it seems that people like to do yoga to loud music so all the red classes that Ive been to lately have loud music. I don’t think I can handle this much longer. I might have to stick to blue which is the lower intensity yoga or do the outside one, which is also now a choice.

Great studio, creative and inspired teachers, some of my favorite classes ever.. I love the lighting system.. Maybe paint the ceiling in the hot room purple instead of black that would be super groovy...

Just went back this morning since the shut down. You could literally feel the difference in the air quality with the new pure air filters and fans they use. Also a limited sign up on line list, so plenty of room, unlike before. Can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a fantastic outdoor yoga class try Kristian at Purple Yoga (Long Beach). We have been going to his Tuesday and Thursday classes since they started to allow outdoor yoga. He is a wonderful teacher who gives detailed instructions with options based on skill level. Going to Kristian's classes has kept me sane during an insane time and I have really seen an increase in my skill set and balance. All the PY yoga teachers are great but KK brings it to the highest level of thoughtfulness, caring and expertise.

Great class by Kristen K. In the outdoors worried with storm approaching it would be too cold. Turn out sunny and warm. Good flow and explanation with modification for all levels. If you do outdoor bring a towel or extra mat to cushion on the concrete.
