Our beautiful studio opened its doors in July of 2017. We have been
through a lot since we started, and we are proud to say that,
despite all the challenges we have faced these past few years, we
remain strong in our objective to help people live, move, and
breathe better.

We are proud to welcome people from all walks of life and offer
classes for all levels, and all ages. If you want to carve time for
yourself and your well-being, we are here for you! We currently
offer classes six days a week (more to be added soon!) and offer a
variety of special events and workshops/ retreats. If you are
interested in kid’s yoga classes, reach out! We can add those to
the schedule again if there's enough interest. 

Studio 108 will continue to grow and evolve to better serve you and
better support the needs of our community. And it’s our biggest joy
to be able to offer a space where you can let your heart soar and
become your best self!
