Robyn is an RYT-200 certified Yoga teacher specializing in vinyasa flow, creative power sequences, yin yoga, and the studies of the subtle body specifically the chakras and pranayama.  Robyn found her yoga practice several years ago when life took a major turn. She found that the yoga mat always was there when she needed it the most. The mind/body connection became therapeutic as she traversed all life was throwing in her direction. Growing stronger mentally and physically with each practice.  Robyn has found so much joy by intuitively teaching others, holding space for her students to find the strength that lives inside them, and finds that teaching yoga is a mutual education to the students and what the students have to teach her in reciprocity.  As a career hair designer, certified yoga teacher, and student of life Robyn sees contribution and service in all she does.
