This studio is amazing! Before Gruvn Yoga, I had only dabbled in a yoga class here and there. Since the studio re-opened in June, I've been doing 4-6 classes a week. I use the power flow classes (taught by Heather, Dana, Candace, and Rachel) to get stronger while using the YIN classes (taught by Barbie, Lauren, and Deb) to properly recover. Additionally, all the classes are helping me to further my mindfulness.
The instructors are all amazing in so many different ways. Each instructor brings their own style and personality to their classes while still holding true to the overall feeling of the studio (which is a beautiful space that seems ideal for yoga). Each class/instructor is so good, it only takes is a single class at this studio to get hooked.
Also, I did one of the sound journeys. All I can say is that the experience is worth the hype. Michael's execution of so many obscure but powerful musical objects and his calming voice will take you on a mental and emotional journey that you won't soon forget. I think they do then once a month and I'll def attend again.
