I discovered yoga in my late thirties. I am forever grateful for the incredible journey, and life lessons it has taught me.I believe the practice allows us to create space and silence within our mind and body, allowing us to nurture our soul. The practice of movement and breath has a tremendous effect. I encourage everyone to join us on the mat, to move and breathe as a community.
