Kristen has been teaching yoga since 2015. Her enthusiasm for all things 'fitness', combined with her knowledge of yoga and anatomy allows her to artfully craft multi-level classes. Continuously learning and developing her own yoga journey allows her to incorporate a wide array of spiritual tools (postures, breathing, toning, dynamic movement, mantra & guided meditation) that help students of all levels ease through challenges both on and off the mat.
