I’m so glad I tried meditating with Hamilton. He explained everything so well and his practice helped me destress from the day. I will definitely be joining his class again!
Joy has been practicing yoga for sixteen years. Stress management brought her to discipline. Her office was located across the street from the studio where she took her first Ashtanga class in 2015. She has been teaching since December 2017 and loves helping students achieve a sense of calm and balance on and off their mat.
