Because of Yoga, I am much more flexible with strengthened muscles and better balance.  Sybil is very knowledgeable and gives great details in her instructions.  The details take my practice to new places allowing my movements to be more fluid and accurate.
In Sybil's Yoga Attunement ClassI feel like I am getting a message from the 'inside out' because of the stretching, twisting and self discovery of how much deep muscle tissue work reforms the body.  Sybil assesses the class needs and continues in a progressive way.
I am challenged by Sybil's Rise and Shine class.  I can adjust to my own pace due to many different levels offered during class time.  I feel good within when I have accomplished challenging poses for myself.  The class is energetic.  A great way to start my day!
Sybil has true passion for her teaching and is inspiring.  Her classes are very thoughtful and she loves curiosity.  I am blessed and grateful for Sybil and all the excellent instructors at Starr Mill Yoga.

Natalie Spadaccino, M.S., has an Associates of Science Degree from Briarwood College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Science Degree in Human Performance/Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Nutrition from Southern Connecticut State University. Her certifications include: American College of Sports Medicine, Exercise Physiologist Certification; Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA); Spinning Instructor; Resist-A-Ball Advanced Instructor Certification; Fitness Yoga Certification; Physical Mind Institute Pilates Certification, CPR/AED Certification,  PiYo Certfication, & Balletone Sole Synthesis and Standing Flow.


Natalie has been teaching group exercise since 1989 and continues to learn and keep all certifications current through workshops and fitness education seminars.  She currently teaches group exercise classes for various companies/studios and works for ConnectiCare as an Exercise Physiologist/Wellness Trainer, teaching lectures and providing health screenings for participating companies.  She has also been an adjunct professor at Central Connecticut State University teaching in the Exercise Science/Human Performance Department.


Natalie owns her own business called Joyful Movement and has filmed two of her own exercise videos.  She also appeared in five exercise videos with fitness expert Ellen Barrett.  Natalie has an honest passion for group exercise and loves being able to share this passion with her students.  She has been teaching group classes for 30 years and truly believes that exercise can and should be fun.
