Exactly what I needed last night. I took the in person Yin class with Jamie and it was perfect.
I had missed taking class and this was the perfect introduction.
I can not say enough good things about Jamie and Sybil.
I am hoping to once again do unlimited monthly, but at the very least I will be back on my mat next Monday night.
Nicholas moved to Connecticut in 2013 and began practicing yoga in 2015 as a means to help with chronic pain issues that arose due to long hours of sitting at a desk for work. His interest increased as he noticed many more benefits to his over all health and well being and this drove him to want to share these benefits with others. After practicing regularly for several years and exploring various forms of practice, including Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga practices, he decided to take further training. He completed his 200 hour training in 2019 and is excited to begin teaching what he has learned.
