What can I say?  Sarah is so inspiring and such a wonderful instructor.  Makes the 6:00 am session so worthwhile.   Please continue to offer this time with Sarah.

Such a wonderful session. Yoga outside is such a unique experience. I look forward to more outdoor sessions especially as the weather cools.  Emma is such a thoughtful yogi.  She inspires us to be who we are within our practice.  Thank you Emma and TBY.

Karen is awesome.  This was a challenging session for me but Karen is open to modifications as we need to do them.  Fast paced, energetic but feels so good once the session is over.  This was my fist session with Karen. I enjoyed meeting her and participating in her session. Great way to wake up on Wednesday morning.

Sarah is such an amazing yogi.  She is thoughtful and caring about each of us who practice with her.  Getting up early on Friday mornings is a pleasure.   And of course her taste in music is awesome to help us move and wake up our minds and bodies.  Namaste.

This was my first Power Yoga class with Jolee.  She is an amazing yogi. What a wonderful way to start a Saturday in a powerful and energetic way.
