I took my first class today at Liberty Yoga and it was challenging but doable. I loved the energy of Christine and I also loved that I am able to join the class via Zoom since I’m an hour away from the studio.
Christine began her
certifications for Yoga with YogaFit in 2004 and then received her
200hr RYT certification in 2009. She studied with Sadie Nardini,
founder of Core Strength Vinyasa. Christine is an E-RYT and has
taught over 1000 hours of Yoga at a variety of studios, workouts at
businesses and schools, at the YMCA, for kids and even for the swim
team. I enjoy teaching and learning from every student and
designing dynamic flow classes to suit the needs of each individual
on that day! I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga, a wonderful way to add
strength and balance in your life on and off of the mat. It helps
you to move your body in the correct way adding flow and freedom to
