As an instructor, my ultimate goal is for students to feel empowered, inspired, and connected in the space I hold for them. I pride myself in the careful thought I put into creating interesting flows, upbeat playlists, and intentional themes so that each student receives a unique experience every time they show up on their mat. Yoga has been a constant source of healing and joy in my life for several years and I am honored to share that gift with others! My teaching style incorporates challenging sequences where I push students to grow in their practice, while also encouraging a restorative space for those who need it. I offer an abundance of modifications and make sure every student feels seen and included in the room regardless of their experience. Learning students by name and creating community in the studio is something that is very important to me. Although I have only been instructing for 7 months, I have learned so much already from both my students and fellow teachers.
