Lindsey Hays received her 200 hr. yoga
certification through Holy Yoga. She has experience teaching Power
Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Slow-Flow/Restorative Yoga. She
grew up doing ballet and later taught it for several years before
transitioning from a dance instructor to a yoga
instructor. She also graduated with her MS degree in
Elementary Education and spent a decade in the education world both
as a teacher and administrator. Lindsey loves Jesus, yoga, and her family,
consisting of her husband and four beautiful daughters. Since her
husband is Hispanic, they speak Spanish at home!
Lindsey loves how
yoga reminds her to slow her pace, intentionally focus on what’s
important, and simultaneously find rest and strength in the soul.
It is such a joy for her to see people try new things and surprise
themselves on their mats. She hopes people feel refreshed and at
peace after leaving her class. In her class, she will encourage you
to find joy in who you are, both on the mat and off. Lindsey looks forward to seeing
