I have followed Trish's yoga practice for many years. It started as a physical discipline to complement other athletic activities. Over time, it has become a solid source of mental and physical conditioning. To recognize my awareness and true self. To think, reflect and listen for instructions from within. To be truthful and engage fully in all my actions.
Trish understands human anatomy and the fundamentals of multiple yoga styles. She keeps herself up to date and knowledgeable, and teaches instructors and students continuously. She has an uncanny ability to read the room and understand everyone's mental and physical state to adapt the class accordingly.
The main focus of every instructor in the studio is on your well being and advancing your practice as you embark on your journey. From your first class to each class thereafter.
Everyone in the studio is friendly and welcoming to everyone in any of the classes. I don't feel like I “come to class”. I come to join a yoga family and a community that supports each other.
As things have evolved this year, I am happy and grateful that we can still meet virtually through live streaming of the classes. It is a new world and we are all adapting to it accordingly.
