Loved the Wednesday night 75 minute Vinyasa flow with Kate. I love Kate’s classes as she is very attentive to her yogis and provides perfect guidance to help you get the most from each pose and movement.
The studio is a warm and inviting space.
I love leaving a class with both shaking legs and a complete sense of peace and fullness.

Serena came to her yoga practice by way of a popular DVD series of workouts in 2007. After practicing at home for years, she decided to take her home practice to a deeper space and started exploring different teachers and studios. It was in the studio space in 2015 where Serena fell in love with everything yoga had to offer, not just the physical practice. The influential teachings of Trish Washburn and Kate Yanke is where Serena discovered she loves a more robust, playful, sweaty flow, but enjoys the deep spiritual connections made in a slower, meditative practice as well.
When she isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, Serena enjoys spending time in her garden, running and hiking with her two kids and husband, and dancing around the kitchen to loud music! She believes one must find the positivity and enjoyment in life, and exploring life through a yogic lifestyle is the key to her happiness!
