Conveniently located in Clearview Market Square in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. We also offer private lessons and small group lessons. School and sport team rates are available to!

Our studio is home to many unique items and props such as 3 minute eggs, silent disco headphones, and Dharma wheels. Take your practice to the next level!

Our retail section has a wide variety of local and exclusive items. Including bath and body products, malas/jewellery, handmade signs, yoga mat bags. We carry Jade Yoga Mats, B-Mats, and several different Manduka Mats. Yogitoes & Equa mat towels are also available for rent or purchase. Retail clothing including a variety of tank tops, Ampersand Avenue and K-Deer clothing lines. We offer a small selection of healthy pre & post yoga snacks including Rx Bars, Protein Shakes, Wild Brew Kombucha, Coconut Water, and fresh fruit.
