A yoga teacher, professional educator, personal trainer, fitness
coach, workshop presenter and active community leader. She offers
engaging and effective private sessions and group classes in the
greater Seattle area along with education in yoga and fitness
online. With a background in education and extensive experience
working with physical therapists and doctors, yoga studios, local
gyms and private clients, Michelle provides outstanding physical
movement education while weaving classical yogic philosophy into
all she offers. She is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga
Alliance, and a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM along with
other fitness certifications. Michelle is passionate about helping
people live and move well and believes that everyone has the
ability to access good health with balance and joy. Michelle
currently lives in Redmond, WA where she enjoys the outdoors,
practicing yoga, lifting weights, cooking and spending lots of time
with her family and friends.
