Rachel is a mother of 5 and has been married to her sweetheart, John for 16 years. They have lived in Saratoga Springs for 8 years.She loves being active and loves the outdoors. Her favorite things to do are hiking with her family, kayaking, dancing and swimming.Her love of fitness is surrounded by helping others to succeed at becoming healthier versions of themselves. She believes that fitness is for everybody and for every body. Practicing many forms of exercise, she loves all fitness classes but her favorites are group exercise. Rachel is always happy to greet you at one of her weekly classes: Reformer Pilates, Basic Barre, Barre, Body Barre, Powerhouse Push and HIGH/Kickbox."Strength grows in the moments when you think you can't go on but you keep going anyway."
