Kristin is certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, TRX, Springboard and EXO chair. She loves to learn ways to help her clients feel better and get the most out of their classes, all while working with their individual body needs. She knows this is important because of her struggle with pain due to back herniations and having 5 babies. Her favorite moves are the ones that are small but make a big impact and make you feel the burn.
Teri currently teaches vinyasa yoga and meditation. She's taught yoga for 18 years. In her classes, she loves to use beautiful language, groovy music, and intentions that help people to do what's best for their bodies.

I have been practicing Pilates for over 4 years. At 73, I know first hand the limitations of a senior body which is why I developed this class. Because I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, I also understand chronic pain. The gentle stretching and strengthening of muscles through pilates has eased my pain and kept me moving and active. Strengthening our muscles protects our joints. When our joints become stiff, we stop moving. We know what happens when we stop moving, right? Come join our class and get moving again!
