Sweat Central is conveniently located at 450 Central Park
Avenue, in the Scarsdale Park Mall.  There is unlimited, free
parking.
 
Our mission at Sweat Central is to create a place where every
student feels welcomed. A place where students feel comfortable. An
oasis where students can come to de-stress, to heal and
rehabilitate old injuries, to get into the best shape of their
lives, and to laugh and have fun.
 
The yoga room itself is heated using state-of-the-art heating
equipment ensuring a consistent, healthy heat level and air
quality. The floor of the yoga room is cleaned after every class so
no bacteria or any other nasty stuff stays on the floor. The floor
itself is totally non-absorbent of water, so no mildew or odor can
get into the flooring.
 
There are plenty of showers in our large locker rooms, so you
can leave the studio totally refreshed and ready for your day. The
women's locker room even has a station where you can blow dry your
hair and put on your makeup (guys, we have a suggestion box –
enough requests and you can have a hair and make-up station as
well).
 
You will find a huge assortment of yoga clothes, mats, towels,
and accessories for sale at the studio. Whether you are a newbie
who needs to get all outfitted for class, or an experienced yogi
looking to refresh your gear, you are sure to find what you
need.
