Liz received her yoga training and certification in Padme Yoga at Blue Moon Yoga in 2006.   Her path led her to extend her studies into a year of Quest (for personal growth) and studying & connecting with Higher Beings of Divine Light.  She is trained in Past Life Regression as well as  connecting people with their Higher Selves.   She became a Reiki Master in 2009.  For more than 15 years, she has received additional training and credits from the Sunlit Studio in New Mexico & Colorado.  There she has been studying the healing qualities of the Violet Flame & the Ascended Masters.   Her style of teaching is a gentle, healing yoga and embraces the traditional teachings of yoga with true pureness, relaxation, and spirituality.
