Sheree believes strongly in the power of yoga to transform the mind, the body and the spirit. Her fun, enthusiastic and playful teaching style is balanced by her knowledge of alignment, meditation, breathwork and the therapeutic benefits of the practice; all offered with clarity and inspiration. She has been teaching yoga since 2000, She has trained in ParaYoga, Anusara yoga, is a E-RYT, and continues her studies with Rod Stryker and many others. She has a Masters in health education, is the mother of three daughters, a cat and has trouble matching her socks.
