Priya’s journey started after teaching Yoga at her son’s school where she was spreading the word about practical benefits of yoga. It made her realize how ill- equipped the future generation is to handle the pressure of the age of technology and information that we live in today. Soon after she knew that starting Seventh Chakra Yoga was her true calling. To this day, Priya lives a simple, yet practical life not like the usual run of the mill yogini but as a truly enlightened householder.
A Quote from Priya
Spirituality is a state of mind. You don’t need to leave this world to become enlightened. It’s fun to play and experiment with your mind, body and spirit as you find a deep connection between the three. My job is to make everyone understand that simple truth.
She completely embodies the qualities of her name, Priya, which in Sanskrit means “beloved one”. In her practice, she brings practical aspects of science and spirituality to release the awareness within you to fully manifest your soul and the beauty that lies within.
