I thought a MELT class might be “interesting,” so I tried it. I was so surprised that not only was my body so much better aligned after the class. But three days later when I attended a regular yoga class, I could hardly believe how much easier it was to do each pose. WOW! This class is fun, the teacher is gentle and caring and the long term effects are AMAZING! I'll be back!!!
Growing up in East Germany I was introduced to competitive sports at the age of seven. Since then, physical and mental training have always been an important part of my life.
I started teaching aerobics and it was then that I was smitten by the love of teaching! I started yoga simply to become more flexible and heal my body.Years later the practice of yoga has transformed my life in ways I would have never dreamed of and I can’t wait to share and offer you tools to do the same.
