Coming from a performance background, Melissa loves sharing the joy of yoga with students that have different levels of experience. With her playful and positive energy, she focuses on alignment and muscular/core connection in all of her classes and teaches both powerful yang flows and slow yin melts. Melissa has trained in Vinyasa Flow with Alignment Principles, Restorative, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, as well as Pilates.
