With Each class I improve my postures, and gain more confidence in my practice. I truly appreciate the instructions and corrections I receive from the instructors. Our bodies are made to heal themselves and I can see that happening with each class.

As a Mom I put the needs of everyone before my own and realized one day I needed to care for myself so I could better care for my family. After my first Bikram Yoga class in 2008 I knew I found what I had been searching for...I felt great and couldn't wait to go back again. I attended Bikram's Yoga Teacher Training in Spring 2009 and have been teaching full time since then. I get to see people transform before my eyes, and that is why I LOVE being a Bikram Yoga Teacher!
