"If the cabin pressure goes down, be sure to put your oxygen mask on first!!"As a Mom I put the needs of everyone before my own and realized one day I needed to care for myself so I could better care for my family. After my first Bikram Yoga class in 2008 I knew I found what I had been searching for...I felt great and couldn't wait to go back again. I attended Bikram's Yoga Teacher Training in Spring 2009 and have been teaching full time since then. I get to see people transform before my eyes, and that is why I LOVE being a Bikram Yoga Teacher!
