I first trained as a dancer in classical ballet and danced professionally.I then joined the fast pace and ever growing fitness industry and have been teaching for over 20 years.I started practicing yoga and was mesmerized at the positive rewards I gained physically,emotionally and spiritually, so went on to teach yoga after RYS200 training at Hot Zen Yoga Studios.My experience teaching in fitness has certainly had an influence on my yoga teaching style.I am always amazed at how I have learnt to accept savasana!
