I signed up with my sister in January and I have only been impressed so far! I really like all the insructors, but I will give a shout out to Arianna and Kayli! This is a great studio, I actually usually hate to work out, but I'm really having fun with yoga. My favorite classes are Bellys and Buns and Cardio Flow. I always feel really good after my yoga session! This is the place to go!!!

I enjoy going to Barefoot. They have a lot of convenient classes seven days a week. Also there are a lot of fun activities that go on each month outside of the normal yoga classes. It is a place where you can go and do your best and not be judged. It is a fun, supportive, and relaxed atmosphere.
