For the first time in my life at close to 50 years of age, i feel more connected to my body and getting closer to being more balanced physically , mentally, spiritually and emotionally. This studio, the teachers, the community it embodies are all an amazing loving gift everyone should experience!!

Loving the online classes! I live in OKC so not able to attend in person. The power classes are always challenging for me with plenty of options to substitute

Amazing studio, teachers,  and classes! Love this place.

I really enjoy the energy at this studio. The sweet smell of incense and relaxing music sets the scene for a open hearted practice. Haley B. teaches a great sequence for strength yoga as well as challenges me to try complicated poses, but gives good instruction on making it happen. She also reminds me about my spirituality and the impact that my life has on others in each moment of the day. I encourage others to give this studio the chance to shape one practice for you and see what you can take away from it.
