Hot Yoga Twinsburg

Absolutely one of the hardest things I have gone through. Mental focus and determined, I completed Saturday. I really enjoyed it and look forward to my next session.

I couldn't recommend this studio and practice more! I joined after news that if I didn't improve my posture and health of my back I'd be looking at surgery well before my 40th birthday. After a little over a year with twice a week 60 minute express classes, and nutrition changes, I'm on the right track and committed to a life long practice. I'm stronger, sleep better, weigh less, and don't have constant back pain. Yes, it's a challenging class, but the instructors are encouraging, engaging, and make it easy to keep showing up. This studio truly has an "everyone is welcome" vibe which made it easy for me to join when I was not feeling in shape at all and easy to show up on days I feel tired. I've recently added the 90 minute Silent Sounds to my practice and have to say this class was a little intimidating for me but it's literally changed my life - I LOVE this class as a compliment to my regular 60 min express schedule.

Haven't heard of Bikram yoga before? Let me begin by explaining how it will enhance everything in your life! I used to be sensitive to heat (physically uncomfortable), unfit, tired, and stressed all the time! Since practicing bikram yoga the past year and a half, my world has completely changed. By putting myself in some discomfort physically (heat and challenging poses) I have learned how to overcome the day to day discomforts in life. This includes mental discomforts!! You learn how to deal with stress. You discipline yourself on how to eat and hydrate to enhance your yoga practice. This trickles down to likely weight loss, and definitely a noticeable increase in your physical and mental stamina. Every class you attend will be the same, but completely different. You will learn your body. You will focus on your mind. You will love yourself. And you will feel empowered after each and every class you go to. I tried it on a groupon. And I'm in it for life.

My Bikram yoga experience began with the 90 min Free community class in 2016. It was one of the best decisions for my mind/body health I'd ever made! I've been attending the express class for almost a year now. My flexibility has increased, posture is better, no joint pain, stronger core, I feel great and my mind is at peace! I feel that I'm more in control of me, Bikram yoga is an intense workout, but I'm stronger because of it. Tracie is the best and Stephanie is so positive and encouraging.  Try it, your body will love it!

I started back with bikram yoga after a 10 year break (!!) because I wanted to be strong again.  I'm strong and getting stronger with every class!

Classes are great and are a tremendous full body work out that help me optimize my day.  Kind of getting addicted to this stuff!
