Inna Essence is a collaboration between two local mum's Andrea
and Anna, who are aligned with a vision to provide a studio focused
on exceptional instruction and genuine community. 
Our yoga, pilates, barre and meditation classes give our
client’s the opportunity to recharge, replenish and restore. We
hold space for our members to shift from the hustle for an hour to
drop inwards for that deeper sense of peace, and purposeful
movement.
When our clients are centred, they feel calm and act gently with
themselves – creating a nourished body and mind to help them show
up fully in their lives.
The purpose of Inna Essence is to create a space which provides
a calming, grounded and loving energy. Our team focuses on
authentic, genuine connections with all members, visitors, family
and friends who walk through the doors.
It is our deepest desire that you feel greatly cared for and
receive an experience that helps you reconnect with your inner
calm, cultivates a sense of peace and empowers you to feel
connected and healthier in mind and body.
